New Toilet Verse Tower Defense accounts lose hours on the wrong five slots. This page is the ranking for that first stretch: City Easy, City Medium, and the AFK pad while you wait out the 20-minute code timer. It is not the late-game best units list. If a creator thumbnail shows Parasited Upgraded Titan Drillman, that is a Boss Mode farm video, not a starter guide.
You play toilets versus cameramen on Roblox, online with the lobby platforms, in a game iBugou and the Toilet Verse group shipped on 6 December 2023. You equip five units. A match lets you place about fifteen of them. Those two numbers are why a miner beats a pretty exclusive you cannot afford to upgrade.
The only first-hour rule
Slot 1 is economy. Miner Toilet is the default. Drill Miner and mummy miners are upgrades of the same job, not a different job. If your five-slot bar has zero miners, you will leak City Easy because every other toilet is waiting on coins that never arrive. Place the miner first, upgrade it before you spam DPS, and only then fill the lane.
Everything else in the early roster exists to buy time for that miner. Cheap commons with short place costs are correct. Godly and Mega copies are incorrect targets for your first gem pile. Gems open crates; crates are a lottery; a lottery is a bad plan when City Easy still has a badge you do not own.
Starter five-slot templates
Bare account (no exclusives): Miner Toilet, two cheapest DPS commons, one cheap slow or splash if the inventory has one, and a second economy or another common. You will look underpowered. You will also finish Easy, which is the point. Follow Getting Started for the lobby buttons, then copy this bar until an exclusive drops.
One exclusive: Miner + that exclusive (UFO, Scientist, Glitch, Rocket, or DJ) + two commons + flex. Do not sell the miner to “make room” for a second exclusive. Five slots are enough to keep both.
Two exclusives: Miner + best exclusive + second exclusive + one common + flex slow. This is the City Hard bar. The loadout planner writes it as a table; this page is the reason the planner still starts with a miner on Easy.
Police Helicopter, Flying Bus Toilet, Toxic School Toilet, and Beta Toilet are nice if a trade or an old event handed them over. They are not a reason to skip City Easy. Beta Toilet in particular is a leftover from the 2023 beta week — if you do not have it, you will not get it from a starter crate, so stop refreshing the shop.
Do not gem-waste
Gems are for crate spins aimed at UFO, Scientist, or Glitch, not for curiosity pulls after a YouTube short. Redeem TvBook (500 gems) from the codes list after you have been in the experience for 20 minutes. Tick the same strings on the code checklist so you do not paste 20klikes twice and skip WEAREBACK. Coin codes (20klikes, 10KLikes, 5KLikes, 1KLikes, Dpspedrocoins) should become miner upgrades and cheap placements, not a lobby flex number.
XP potions from WEAREBACK belong on the miner and on whichever exclusive you actually place. Leveling a C-tier common you are about to unequip is the other classic waste.
Trading is real and it is how Beta Toilet and some exclusives still move. It is also how new accounts get cleaned. Do not trade your only miner. Do not take “trust” deals for a parasite you have not unlocked the mode to use. Read exclusive units before you click confirm.
What not to chase yet
Parasited Upgraded Titan Drillman, Tri-Titan, Titan Clockman, Titan Speakerman, Golden Cameraman, Drill Assassin, Drill Woman, Titan TV Man, Ultimate Titan, and Multiverse parasites are Boss Mode drops. You infect them after you can already clear a boss, which means you already have a miner and some A or B damage. The 10x Infect gamepass multiplies that roll; it does not replace the early board. Walk through how to parasite only after City Hard feels boring, not after your second match.
Shiny, Godly, and Mega variants look cheaper to place and hit harder. They are still late-account problems. Spending a week shiny-hunting instead of finishing City badges is how people burn out before they ever see Endless Mode.
A realistic first week
Day 1: Getting Started, AFK or one Easy match during the 20-minute wait, redeem every live code, keep the miner equipped. Day 2–3: City Easy until the badge, then Medium. Day 4+: City Hard with one exclusive if you have it. Only then queue Boss Mode on Easy. Scripts that skip this curve live on scripts and are a ban risk, not a shortcut this wiki recommends.
If a friend drops a parasite in a trade on day two, you still keep the miner. The best units S row assumes that tax is already paid. Early-game ranking is the tax itself.
When you own UFO or Scientist and City Hard is farmable, leave this page. The hub at tier list will send you to Boss and Endless grades. Staying here after that point is how people keep two commons equipped out of habit.
