Clans in Toilet Verse Tower Defense
Build your crew, earn clan coins, and compete on the global leaderboard with the Clans system.
Clans is the social feature in Toilet Verse Tower Defense (TVTD) that lets you form a group with other players, earn shared resources, and compete on a global leaderboard. Introduced in the Clans Update, it is the primary way to team up beyond the five-unit loadout you bring to a match.
You do not need Premium to join a clan, but the Clan Creator gamepass costs R$499 if you want to start your own. Alternatively, spend 100,000 gems to unlock the ability to create one clan permanently. The gamepass lets you disband and remake; the gem purchase does not.
How to create a clan
- Open the in-game menu and find the Clans tab.
- Select Create Clan.
- Choose a name, a short tag (up to 5 characters), and a clan image. The image can be randomized by picking a random unit’s portrait.
- Pay with the Clan Creator gamepass (R$499) or 100,000 gems.
- The clan is live and searchable immediately on the Clan Directory.
Only one in approximately 100 people needs to be a clan creator, because each clan holds up to 100 members at maximum upgrade. You do not need five friends to make a viable clan.
How to join a clan
- Open the Clans tab and select Clan Directory.
- Browse by top strength, top level, or most members — or use the search bar.
- Click a clan card and select Join Request.
- An owner or admin approves your application in the clan management panel.
- Once approved, you appear in the Clan Members tab and earn shared resources.
Leaving a clan removes your strength contribution from the total. Rejoining or joining a new clan starts your strength from zero.
Earning clan resources
Every clan has three currencies: Clan XP, Strength, and Clan Coins.
Clan XP comes from playing any match (Easy, Medium, Hard, or Endless). It raises the clan’s overall level.
Strength is your personal contribution. It is tied to your account and resets to zero when you leave. Only players with strength are counted on the leaderboard.
Clan Coins are the upgrade currency. They drop from playing matches and Endless runs. The clan treasury holds them; owners and admins decide how to spend them.
Clan upgrades
In the Upgrades tab, owners and admins can spend Clan Coins on:
| Upgrade | Starting value | Maximum | Cost per increment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Member Limit | 10 | 100 | Clan Coins |
| Clan Coins Bonus | 0% | 50% | 1% per Clan Coin increment |
| Endless XP Bonus | 0% | 50% | 1% per Clan Coin increment |
Member Limit upgrades add 5 members per purchase. The bonus percentages apply to all members passively — Endless XP Bonus means every Endless run earns more clan XP for the group.
Clan management
Owners and admins can:
- Promote or demote members in the Members tab.
- Kick members who are inactive or violating rules.
- Set clan type (open, invite-only) and write a clan description.
- Apply requirements such as a minimum strength or level to request to join.
- Post a clan shout — visible only to members, used for coordination.
The shout appears in the Clan Home screen. Owners use it to announce raid times or target match strategies.
Leaderboard
The Clan Directory leaderboard updates every 5 minutes globally. It ranks clans by total strength, not by level alone. A small clan with high-strength members can outrank a large clan of low-activity accounts.
To compete for top positions, coordinate Endless runs with the whole clan — each run feeds both Clan XP and Clan Coins into the treasury.
What clans cannot do
Clans do not replace the five-unit loadout. You still bring your own units to every match. Clans do not share inventory, do not allow unit trading between members automatically, and do not grant bonus XP to the units you deploy.
Clans also do not have their own chat inside the game. Coordination happens in the clan shout or externally via Discord. See the links hub for the official server.
Quick checklist before you create or join
- Create: R$499 gamepass OR 100,000 gems — gamepass lets you remake, gems are one-time.
- Join: Browse the Directory, check the member count and average strength before requesting.
- Play: Endless runs earn the most Clan Coins and Clan XP per session.
- Upgrade: Start with Member Limit to 30–50, then bonus percentages.
- Coordinate: Use the clan shout or an external Discord for match timing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common Toilet Verse Tower Defense questions.
How do I create a clan in Toilet Verse Tower Defense?
Buy the Clan Creator gamepass (R$499) or spend 100,000 gems, then open the Clans tab and select Create Clan. Pick a name, tag, and image. The gamepass lets you disband and remake; gems are a one-time unlock.
What is the difference between the gamepass and gem unlock?
The gamepass (R$499) lets you create and disband clans unlimited times. The gem purchase (100,000 gems) is permanent — once you create a clan with gems, you cannot remake it after disbanding.
How many members can a clan have?
Start at 10. Upgrade Member Limit in the Upgrades tab to reach the cap of 100 members. Each upgrade adds 5 members.
What happens to my strength when I leave a clan?
Strength is reset to zero when you leave or join a new clan. The clan's total strength also drops by your contribution amount.
How do I earn Clan Coins?
Play any match or Endless run. Endless earns the most per session. Clan Coins go into the shared treasury, not your personal balance.
